About Me
I am Chantal Kirton and I live life to the full. I studied at North West University and have a B.Ed degree. I am passionate to teach and love working with children and empowering them to make a success of their school career in order to prepare them for the future! My goal is to make a difference in every child’s life that I work with, one heart at a time.
I have more than 18 years teaching experience in high school and primary school teaching. I have had the privilege to work in private and public schools and was able to teach in Afrikaans and English.
I am married and have 3 kids of my own. My kids have taught me the most lessons in life. They have also enabled me to help and support them and other kids from a teacher and mom’s point of view.
At my tutor centre I work with Gr R -12 learners, specialising in remedial teaching and providing extra support to learners that struggle with their work or simply just need to excel with a bit of extra help. I also do courses in study methods and techniques in which I enable learners from Grade 4-12 to summarise and study on their own and to manage their time in a full schedule. I also do motivational speaking at schools and functions.
